How long is editing?
Typically 4–6 weeks after your final session. Rush services available for an additional fee dependent on timeline.
What formats do you deliver?
All packages include MP3 audio and PDF transcripts. All formats are delivered digitally and on physical media for backup.
What if my loved one is nervous?
That's completely normal. There's no script. It's just a relaxed conversation at their pace, and they can skip any question they like.
Who can hear the recordings?
Only your family. You own everything that's shared, and we never use or share any of it without your permission.
What if we need to reschedule?
Life happens. Just give us 48 hours' notice and we'll find a new time that works.
Can I get a transcript?
Yes! All packages include professional transcription so you can read and search your family's stories.
